If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot password? on the sign-in page to receive a reset code by email.
"Email Already Registered" But You Never Verified It
If you started creating an account, closed the page before entering your verification code, and now can't sign up or sign in with that email — you're not stuck. Signing up again with the same email automatically resends a new verification code to pick up where you left off, and attempting to sign in will do the same and guide you to enter the code, instead of leaving you with no way forward.
Two-Factor Authentication
If you have two-factor authentication enabled, we'll email you a one-time code at sign-in in addition to your password. Never share this code with anyone, including someone claiming to be from Khalifrex support.
