My Order Hasn't Shipped Yet
Sellers have a handling time (usually 1-3 days) to prepare your order before it ships — see Shipping and Delivery Estimates. If the order still hasn't shipped by your estimated ship date, you can cancel it if it's still eligible, or file an A-to-z Guarantee claim if the seller isn't responding.
