You can see the status of any refund from Your Orders — open the order and the affected item shows its return and refund status.
Refund States
- Return requested / authorized.Your return has been submitted and is either auto-approved or pending the seller's review.
- Refund pending.Part of your refund has been issued, or we're waiting on the seller to confirm receipt of your returned item.
- Refunded. Your refund has been issued in full to your original payment method.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method and can take a few business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
