Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Go to Your Orders, find the delivered item, and select Return or replace items. Choose a reason, and we'll either auto-approve your return instantly or ask the seller to review it first, depending on the reason and timing.
Returning the Item
Once your return is authorized, the seller will provide return shipping details for the item. For some low-value items, the seller may issue your refund without requiring the item back at all.
When You'll Be Refunded
Refunds are typically issued once the seller confirms they've received your returned item, and no later than 2 business days after that. If a seller doesn't act on a completed return within that window, we automatically issue your refund and follow up with the seller — you never have to wait indefinitely. See Check Status of a Refund.
